This Membership Agreement regulates the relationship between SeaReadup hereinafter the Provider, and you, the User, when you subscribe to the job search service.

1. Object

The Provider offers access to an online tool that allows the User to search for job openings based on personalized filters, upon monthly subscription.

2. Subscription and Payment

• Available plans: Basic Plan – $9.90/month; Pro Plan – $19.90/month; 3M Pro Plan – $29.90/month.

• Payment is monthly, automatically renewed until cancelled by the User.

• In case of default, access will be suspended until regularization.

3. Term

The contract has an indefinite duration, starting with the first subscription and ending with cancellation by the User or the Provider (for violation of the Terms).

4. Obligations of the User

• Provide true and up-to-date data;

• Use the service in accordance with the Terms of Use;

• Make payments on time.

5. Obligations of the Contractor

• Provide the service as described;

• Protect the Users data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Cancellation

• The User can cancel the subscription at any time in the User Dashboard. There are no refunds for periods already paid.

• The Contractor may cancel the service for misuse or breach of this Agreement.

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts, as determined by applicable laws.

Acceptance

By contracting the service, the User declares to have read and accepted this Agreement, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
